Starter Package Requirements
Do I need a physical business location?
Yes. To qualify for the Starter Package, your business must have a physical address that’s eligible for a Google Business Profile. We can’t support virtual offices, P.O. boxes, or locations that don’t meet Google’s guidelines.
Can my Google Business Profile be suspended?
No. Your Google Business Profile needs to be active and in good standing before we start. If it’s suspended, you’ll need to get it reinstated first.
Do I need access to my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You need verified owner-level access to your GBP so we can optimize it properly and keep making updates.
What do you need from me to get started?
A batch of photos, a few review requests sent to recent customers to get things rolling, and 15 minutes on a quick call. That’s it. We’ll walk you through exactly what to send over.
Do I need access to my website?
Yes. At a minimum, you must have login access to your website so we can apply reputation code to start displaying your reviews.
How often will I hear from you?
We check in 2-4 times per month with a quick update on what’s been posted, how your reviews are trending, any questions we may have, and what’s coming next. No surprises, no radio silence.
What if I don’t meet these requirements?
If you don’t currently meet the requirements for the Starter Package, we can walk you through the steps to get your GBP reinstated, set up proper access, or confirm eligibility with Google. Once everything’s in place, we can move forward.
