Starter Package Requirements
Do I need a physical business location?
Yes. To qualify for the Starter Package, your business must have a physical address that is eligible for a Google Business Profile. We cannot support virtual offices, P.O. boxes, or locations that don’t meet Google’s guidelines.
Can my Google Business Profile be suspended?
No. Your Google Business Profile must be active and in good standing when starting this package. If your profile is suspended, it must be reinstated before we can proceed.
Do I need access to my Google Business Profile?
Yes. You must have verified owner-level access to your GBP so we can properly optimize it and make ongoing updates.
Do I need access to my website?
Yes. At a minimum, you must have login access to your website so we can apply reputation code to start displaying your reviews.
What if I don’t meet these requirements?
If you don’t currently meet the requirements for the Starter Package, we can advise you on the steps needed to get your GBP reinstated, set up proper access, or confirm eligibility for Google. Once everything is in place, we can move forward.
